So we are starting a new Bible study tonight. So over the next few weeks, we will be looking at the book of Job. This is a book that I’ve tried to get around to studying for quite some time. And I was with David Moore in Northern Ireland back in February. and I bought a commentary in the Christian bookstore recommended by Pastor Moore because I wanted to do Job as my next Bible study series and we ended up going off to America and so now’s the time has come for us to study the book of Job.

I think it’s safe to say that we probably all have got a good idea as to what the book of Job is about. Even those who are unsaved would still have an idea of this character called Job. Even unsaved people will refer to the patients of Job, not really realising maybe what they’ve said or not even realising some of the trials that Job actually went through.
